We offer this package of services at a special minimum cost for the first year.

Business plan: If you are just getting a new idea off the ground, we can help with both the numerical and the conceptual side of a business plan. A strong business plan will facilitate both the running of the new business, as well as securing start-up capital.

Bookkeeping

Record-keeping: We can also act as your virtual bookkeepers, receiving and processing the information in timely fashion so that you have all the necessary real-time information available to help you making day to day decisions. All our work will be checked by the principal regularly to avoid any mistakes and errors.

Accounting system: Along with setting up a good record-keeping system, you may want us to design your accounting system so that it will be suitable to your unique needs. We can also implement the system, and train staff where necessary.

Payroll

We can process your payroll on monthly or weekly basis and will let you know the amounts payable to staff and HMRC. We shall provide you monthly payroll summaries and payslips for your staff and will take care of submitting the year end forms P35 to HMRC on time. We shall also be registered as your agent to receive and deal with all the correspondence in this respect from HMRC.

Other Services

Company formation: We can advise on various trading forms (e.g. sole trader, partnership or limited liability company) to assist you with making the right choice in your formation. We provide company formation services at a competitive price. Registering a business as a company means that the owners must comply with various legal formalities. We provide clients with the facility to use our business address for their company and to have peace of mind while dealing with correspondence and other related issues. We also help our clients to open the company's bank account.

Staff: We can advise on recruitment and other employment issues, including the tax implications of hiring and firing. In addition, we can set up the company's payroll organization, and register it for PAYE.

VAT: We can register you for VAT as well as establish a system for VAT record-keeping so that clients can keep apprised of what their obligations are.

Sources of finance: Whether or not we have assisted with the business plan, we can offer guidance to any prospective business or organization on the best sources of finance for a new client's specific type of venture.
